Elos offers innovative solutions for building the best of all worlds in a collective, pleasant way, using methodologies based on the Elos Philosophy.
It is increasingly evident our planet’s greatest wealth is its diversity. We rely on this diversity when it comes to building strategies for transforming the world. In our vision for a better world, companies and communities, adults and children, governments and civil society work, coexist, live side by side and offer their best for the best of all worlds.
This belief is reflected in our diverse staff, made up of a combination of experiences and a mosaic of knowledge that has been assembled over the course of a history that began in 2000. Elos arose from the coming together of five young architects and has become a multidisciplinary community focused on designing strategies to build the best of all worlds starting right now.
Instituto Elos works with a organizational structure of four nuclei and three action-lines. Insituto Elos works and applies its philosophy with youth, communities, organizations, governments and companies. The philosophy has been build around experiences of working in communities, shared in various learning-by-doing programs, primarily the school of Guerreiros Sem Armas.
Warriors Without Weapons
The Guerreiros Sem Armas (Warriors Without Weapons) program is an experiential international leadership and social entrepreneurship training program offered to youth to provide the tools needed to transform realities anywhere in the world. It is a 290 hour-long program in three different communities in Baixada Santista, with an experienced staff of facilitators and consultants.
The program Guerreiros Sem Armas is a course, but is very different from the traditional ways of teaching because it puts the participants in action to materialize collective dreams. The Guerreiros Sem Armas was designed for 60 participants in the course, still over 500 people engage in the process at some point: they are members of the host communities, representatives of governments, local bussinesses, universities, schools and lots of people who spontaneously engage in the program.
